This is the old library in the university of Salamanca. I believe it is one of the oldest in the world as the university was considered once, one of the four leading lights of the world. I loved to see this collection of old books and knowledge!

There was one other little touch up on the wall, a small animal was built in the restauration with an ice cream cone which they definitely did not have in the 15th century! The picture below is of Shayna and I with the pretty pink flowers!
This is "La Rana" the symbol of the city of Salamanca. La rana means frog, specifically the frog on top of the skull on a facade of the university building. La rana is a symbol of luck and also an architectual difference from the monotony of the wall. Salamanca students go to see La Rana before all of their tests and finals. Other Salamanca residents go to La Rana before big events in their lives (such as a promotion or new job).
