Ok so soccer. Here it is called fútbol, and is a HUGE deal. I would like to inform you all that the copa mundial (world cup) is going on. Here in segovia, everytime spain plays, they put a giant screen up in the plaza mayor. It is an incredible sight, this totally high teck screen in front of the 11th or 12 century cathedral. Incidentally the entire town gets all decked out in their spain jerseys and paint their faces and bring drinks and snacks and spain flags and go sit in the plaza to watch the game.
