The very "cultural" experience we had in a 2nd hand market in a busy tunnel in the streets of santandar on the way home from segovia. It really gave us a glimpse of the locals in Santandar and for that reason was very interesting! The tunnel was packed with street vendors, and shoppers, and not once did I hear english except from our group! Ok, why does it always have to get warm the day we leave? this is the beach at santandar. I thought it was lovely

Pretty little house on the beach

my primer plato (first plate) at lunch... It was a cocido (stew) with chorizo, which included a regular sausage as well as a blood sausage and delicious! Unfortunately i think it took my tummy 3 days to recover.
